- Experience in policy development, regulatory interpretation and transformation programmes, ideally within risk, compliance, legal or consulting environments
- A strong ability to translate complex regulatory or technical requirements into clear, practical documentation that supports effective business decisionmaking
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, with the confidence to influence, challenge constructively and build trust
- Comfort operating in environments with change and ambiguity, bringing clarity, structure and momentum to complex initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, with a clear, personable and pragmatic approach.
