This role will be offered on a 12-month maximum term contract.

You will manage Group-wide internal communication strategies, projects and campaigns. Working closely with senior leaders, stakeholders and colleagues, you will deliver clear, engaging communications that support strategy execution, strengthen employee engagement and advance business outcomes.

  • Proven expertise in internal communications, with strong industry knowledge and a focus on employee engagement.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships across different teams and regions.
  • Experience developing and managing written and multimedia content for multiple communication platforms.
  • Strong skills in using data and reporting to improve communication effectiveness and user experience.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
