What role will you play?

In this role, you will partner with legal teams to improve efficiency through technology enablement, process optimisation, and automation. You will own the day to day management of legal technology platforms, translate legal needs into practical solutions, and drive continuous improvement across legal operations. The role also provides ad hoc operational support, bringing a structured approach to intake, prioritisation, training, and stakeholder management with a focus on measurable outcomes.

What you offer

Experience in legal operations, legal technology, process improvement, or a similar role supporting professional services or in-house legal teams.

Hands-on experience implementing or operating legal tech tools (e.g., matter management, document/knowledge platforms, workflow or AI-enabled tools) and applying them to clear use cases.

Strong process mapping and continuous improvement capability (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma mindset), with an ability to simplify and standardise ways of working.

Comfortable working with data to produce insights and reporting, and to measure adoption and value.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and deliver outcomes across diverse teams.
