- 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst within an agile or product-led environment, ideally in financial services or a regulated industry, with an understanding of risk and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to gather, document and manage business requirements across the full delivery lifecycle, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams, including senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and experience supporting delivery within cross-functional or global teams
- Exposure to client-facing platforms or technologies (e.g. Salesforce, RocketDocs, Seismic, JIRA), with a proactive mindset, adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning
