Job Description:-

Accounting and Audit assistance

Maintain accurate financial records through data entry, ledger updates, and account reconciliations. Ensure information is complete, reliable, and up to date. Support audit teams by carrying out audit procedures, testing controls, and preparing clear audit documentation.

Financial Analysis

Assist in preparing financial statements, schedules, reports, and analysis that support business decisions and meet reporting requirements.

Compliance

Ensure work follows accounting standards, statutory guidelines, and internal policies. Help maintain a strong compliance environment.

Taxation Support

Contribute to tax compliance work, including preparing and filing income tax returns and maintaining supporting documentation.

Documentation and Workpaper

Organize audit workpaper, supporting documents, and reports in a structured and easytoretrieve format.

Training and Development

Participate in learning sessions and skillbuilding workshops to strengthen your technical and professional capabilities.

Teamwork

Work closely with colleagues, seniors, and mentors to deliver highquality work and meet engagement dead lines.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed CA, CPA, or a similar professional qualification

Must have cleared both groups of CA Inter

Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with colleagues and clients

Good presentation and documentation skills

Ability to deliver work efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
