Your Team

The Email Enablement and Activation team plays a pivotal role in shaping Invescos email marketing presence panregionally. As part of the GEM (Growth Engagement Marketing) team, we contribute to strategic marketing initiatives by delivering impactful, personalized email communications that connect investors and clients. Our team focuses on developing and maintaining high-quality email campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimising engagement through innovative design and personalisation techniques. We collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to support fund launches, product updates, and thought leadership campaigns, while maintaining a strong emphasis on testing and quality assurance to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Your Role

Monitor and maintain the email campaign calendar to ensure timely scheduling and visibility of upcoming sends.

Manage team calendars and schedule meetings across EMEA and NA regions.

Take detailed meeting notes and track action items for follow-up.

Assist with Pardot maintenance, including tidying up assets and archiving outdated assets.

Compile reports from Salesforce, Pardot, and Tableau for campaign performance and operational insights.

Support administrative tasks such as documentation and onboarding assistance.

Help maintain data hygiene across marketing platforms.

Create and update process documentation and SOPs for recurring tasks.

Provide ad-hoc support for campaign setup and testing under guidance.

Participate in learning sessions on SFMC, Pardot, and marketing automation best practices.

Experience You Bring

Interest in marketing and campaign operations, with curiosity to learn marketing automation tools.

Strong organizational skills, especially for managing calendars and tracking tasks.

Attention to detail for maintaining accurate reports and documentation.

Basic technical aptitude (MS Office proficiency; familiarity with Salesforce or Pardot is a plus but not necessary).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to ask questions, relate, connect the dots, and see the big picture.

Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Excellent stakeholder management skills to support cross-functional initiatives.

Ability to work in an agile, test-and-learn, and iterative environment.

Team player mindset, open to learning and contributing proactively.

Academic requirements

70% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th , UG course and post graduate.*
