Individual uses specific language and/or market knowledge and skills to deliver on customer and business requirements, and assists in resolving client data issue cases, while being responsible for sourcing, collecting, and curating content from financial documents, instruments, and feed sources.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Leverages specific market and/or language skills to deliver on customer and business requirements.

  • Supports the accurate resolution of client cases by addressing data integrity issues, missing data, and similar discrepancies.

  • Processes data accurately and in a timely manner, using knowledge of relevant tools and financial markets.

  • Utilizes approved sources to identify data, enrich or convert data where required, or use the data as defined in the collection policy.

  • Communicates and collaborates with internal and external teams as needed to support data sourcing and collection.

  • Adheres to quality metrics and prioritizes tasks to meet business and customer requirements.

  • Supports assigned projects and consistently meets or exceeds defined KPIs.

  • Suggests process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

  • Flexible to work in shiftbased schedules as required by business needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.

  • Relevant experience in languages and/or financial markets.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel; familiarity with SQL or Power BI is preferable.
