Full Job Description
We are seeking a resourceful Client Training Coordinator to facilitate and handle global user training programmes. In this role, you will serve as the primary link between our clients and our training team, ensuring every training request is handled with precision and integrity. You will report directly to the Client Training Scheduling Manager and collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Helpdesk agents, and Digital Marketers.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborator Engagement:
- Act as point of contact for training-related enquiries.
- Provide clear and timely coordination to clients via email and internal channels.
Mailbox Management:
- Proactively handle and supervise dedicated mailboxes.
- Ensure all queries and training requests from internal stakeholders and global clients are addressed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Prioritisation:
- Effectively assign Client Specialists and trainers to fulfil training requests received through the Helpdesk and Account Management teams.
Schedule Optimisation:
- Plan and promote monthly and ad hoc classroom sessions, webinars, and seminars to drive client engagement and participation.
Administrative Excellence:
- Coordinate the issuance of Certificates of Class Attendance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong verbal and written English interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook for mailbox management and Excel for data tracking. Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage enrolments and schedules.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Demonstrated professionalism, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Previous experience in administrative support or client services within a corporate environment is preferred.
