Job description:

Responsible for database Securitized data. Working with other staff, begin to lead the New Issuance and Trustee remit data from various CMO contributors or data supplier for day-to-day operations.

Ensuring that relevant information is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.

The position is within Data Operations which supports data across The Company products and services. Should be willing to work in night shift.

Process and maintain data/information accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using financial and technical knowledge.

Take ownership for data quality, timeliness, and completeness, this includes root cause analyses and preventive measure implementation.

Research new and review existing sources to ensure that quality, timeliness, and automation are improved.

Promote continuous improvement through research and analysis of queries/data quality control and seek efficiencies in work practices to achieve automation where possible.

Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing user feedback.

Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices in relevant markets and Monitor market events to anticipate the changes.

Daily Update of reports/timesheets/production reports.

Research and respond quickly to all client issues, adhering to quality goals for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Optimally connect with all relevant partners.

Education & Skills:

Graduation in commerce or higher degree in related subjects.

Good communication.

Knowledge in capital markets.

Basic Knowledge in Fixed income securities and life cycle.

MS office.

Flexible for shifts (Preferably night shift).
