The role supports the planning and delivery of bestinclass ATL and fullfunnel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and commercial impact. Working closely with fullfunnel product marketing, growth teams and agency partners, the role will include triaging briefs, aligning resources, and ensuring campaigns are strategically timed around key customer and market moments. It applies media knowledge, dataled insight and KPI analysis to help deliver marketing effectiveness. The role also ensures highquality agency briefing, budget management, resource control and the compliant, ontime delivery of campaigns, underpinned by strong collaboration.Job Description
Support in the planning of ATL marketing campaigns to significantly drive consideration through to awareness metrics that deliver commercial impact through best-in-class execution.
Effectively liaise with Full Funnel product marketing teams, understanding each area short- and long-term objectives and their role in delivering against the brand strategy.
Triaging new Marketing Briefs, working collaboratively with our internal team and external agency partners to align resource to support in campaign delivery.
Understand the moments that matter for customers and help in scheduling and deploying campaigns to move customer intent through to prime metrics.
Be able to analyse core marketing KPIs and understand content marketing engagement data to integrate learnings into future campaign planning.
Innovate our marketing strategies, using data, fast iteration, and a laser focus on user needs and jobs to be done.
Work together with Growth Marketing Accelerator team to effectively plan full funnel integrated campaign plans to deliver commercial success.
Ensure high-quality agency briefs are delivered to our agency partners.
Successful and compliant delivery of campaigns to budget and time.
Demonstrate a culture of stellar collaboration, communication and focus to enable pace of change and transformation.
Management of team budgets
Youll report to the Marketing Planning Manager within the Campaigns & Social Marketing Accelerator team.
About you Specifically, youll need to have:
Brand and or product marketing experience for leading consumer brands - experience in planning and managing high value budgets for efficient media and production plans
A strong technical understanding of a broad range of marketing channels and the media landscape
Stakeholder management experience influencing and working with senior leaders in organisations
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills
Experience in interpreting and assimilating data effectively to drive plans and improve overall performance as a result
A strong eye for detail and consistency
The ability to work cohesively with colleagues from various disciplines to drive impact, being collaborative and driven.
