Primary responsibilities include leading multiple workstreams in the DC Investments team, acting as a deputy for the team head, driving strategic innovation in Target-Date Funds, collaborating with investment functions, and establishing more efficient processes while reducing risks.
Required experience includes extensive asset management knowledge, preferably with an actuarial or investment technical background, strong commercial judgment, proven project management skills, and the ability to manage key relationships across different teams and external stakeholders.
