Job description
A strategic HR role in the International Private Bank (IPB) focusing on end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA business. The professional will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, candidate management, and supporting talent acquisition strategies.
As a recruiter for the International Private Bank, you will manage comprehensive recruitment efforts, including direct candidate sourcing, applicant management, and full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities include owning client group recruiting, managing hiring processes, and serving as a key client relations manager for business group heads.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in corporate recruiting, particularly in financial services. Strong project management skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently in dynamic environments are crucial.
