Job description
A strategic role within Fraud and Financial Crime Operations focused on enhancing operational efficiency, improving business performance, and driving digital transformation. The ideal candidate will lead operational excellence initiatives, collaborate across teams, and help optimize customer and employee experiences in a complex banking environment.
Primary responsibilities involve developing a high-performing business operations function within Fraud and Financial Crime, continuously improving operational performance, defining operational excellence standards, and collaboratively designing customer experiences while mitigating risks.
Requires extensive expertise in financial services banking, proven ability to work across teams, strong leadership and communication skills, in-depth understanding of Fraud & Financial Crime operations, and experience in strategic project implementation aligned with governance and regulatory requirements.
