Valued Qualities

We’re looking for highly motivated students who have a passion for financial services and who are looking to get ahead in their careers. You should have a drive to learn new skills and the flexibility to take on different tasks within the team you are placed in for this 4-year apprenticeship. Hard workers with good time management excel in this program that balances work and study.

You’ll need strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as a continuous learning mindset. You should also have a passion for a career within business operations and financial services.

You’ll develop your professional network, hear from senior leaders and learn from the best in the business. By applying your classroom learning to our business, you’ll have both the technical and practical skills to develop your career.

On-the-job experience

You’ll join one of our investment operations, technology, compliance or finance teams for four years—learning on the job as you learn in the classroom. Dedicated professionals will guide your classwork, while our business experts will help you develop and apply your skills.
