Job Description

You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you know how to bring structure to complexity. As a Product Manager on the Cross Card Capabilities team, you will play a central role in ensuring that foundational platform capabilities reach every corner of Chase's credit card business from flagship branded cards like Sapphire and Freedom, to small business cards, ultra-high net-worth offerings, and some of the largest cobrand portfolios in the industry.

This isn't a single-product role. You'll be operating across business lines, customer segments, and wealth tiers, helping to drive adoption and alignment of transformational customer experiences and platforms across the entire card business. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to refine platform capabilities and optimize customer outcomes across all card products. Your ability to anticipate market trends and proactively identify opportunities will be critical in shaping the future of Chases card platforms and driving sustained business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the cross-card rollout strategy for core platform capabilities, ensuring consistent and timely adoption across branded card, small business, cobrand, and private banking card products
  • Serve as the connective tissue between platform teams and business line stakeholders, translating platform capabilities into clear value propositions for each segment
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for capability expansion across all card products, balancing business priorities, customer needs, and technical dependencies
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams to ensure platform extensibility and readiness as new card products and personas are onboarded
  • Navigate the distinct needs of diverse customer segments including mass market, small business owners, cobrand partners, and private bank clients to ensure solutions are appropriately tailored
  • Establish frameworks to track rollout progress, adoption metrics, and business outcomes across all card lines
  • Represent the cross-card strategy in senior stakeholder forums, surfacing risks, dependencies, and opportunities across the portfolio

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within financial services or payments
  • Demonstrated ability to drive platform or capability adoption across multiple business lines or customer segments simultaneously
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize complex, cross-functional landscapes into clear priorities and plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience operating across matrixed organizations
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive clarity and momentum without a fully defined playbook
  • Understanding of card product ecosystems, account structures, or payments infrastructure a strong plus

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization such as a large financial institution
