As a Transaction Specialist in our Operations team, you will process deposit transactions, including currency and check items, and ensure all activities are balanced and reconciled. You will operate both high-speed and low-speed equipment to capture and sort items, supporting the accuracy and efficiency of our daily operations. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our transaction processing and supporting our customers. Youll work closely with your team to resolve issues and ensure compliance with business procedures. This position offers a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will be valued.
Job responsibilities:
- Process deposit transactions, currency orders, and balance daily activity
- Refer customer adjustments over $100 to Team/Unit Lead
- Prepare transactions for processing on high-speed equipment
- Reconcile and balance daily activity and currency shipments for main vault
- Operate and maintain high-speed and low-speed equipment to capture and sort items
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with business procedures
- Support team members in resolving transaction discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of processed transactions
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments
- Adhere to safety and security protocols
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong organizational skills
