As a Cash Operations Transaction Processing Analyst within Payment Operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of clients' payment processing.
Job responsibilities
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and timely
- Respond to the queries from business partners in a timely manner
- Escalate issues and challenges on time
- Adopt best practices by partnering with other transaction processing teams
- Maintain control of the environment in respect of JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and the local regulatory rules
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
Ability to multi-task & accuracy - Proficiency in English and Korean with strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good team player
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Working knowledge of SWIFT and international payment conventions and practices is preferred
