Full Job Description
Location: Ciudad Autnoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina
As a Trade Support Analyst in Prime Brokerage Margin, you support daily transaction management for Prime Brokerage clients by monitoring cash and asset movements, processing transactions, and resolving exceptions. You ensure transaction instructions are accurately reviewed and captured in core systems, and you execute audit and control checks to support timely releases. You partner with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent client service and identify opportunities to improve processes and technology.
Job responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash and asset transfer workflows and ensure timely processing within established service levels
- Review and approve daily movements for Prime Brokerage clients in line with documented procedures and controls
- Validate transaction instructions and perform audit controls to confirm eligibility and required excess prior to release
- Evaluate client portfolios to support margin-related monitoring and exception identification
- Investigate breaks and exceptions, take ownership through resolution, and escalate issues in a timely manner
- Partner with teams you interact with daily to improve efficiency and strengthen end-to-end execution
- Maintain accurate and complete processing and documentation standards across core systems and operational tools
- Identify process and technology gaps, propose improvements, and support delivery through to completion
- Support a strong control environment by adhering to internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelors degree
- Fluent Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing transactions and client instructions
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of issues through resolution
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks within expected service levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Collaborative approach with a professional, proactive, and positive mindset
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience supporting Prime Brokerage, margin, or custody-related operational workflows
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to broker-dealer operations (including FINRA concepts)
- Experience monitoring high-volume workflows and prioritizing effectively in time-sensitive environments
- Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives and closing control or technology gaps
