As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Infrastructure Platforms within Supply Chain, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

 
Job responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Participate in the S&OP process to gain agreement on consensus demand and resulting supply plan

  • Leverage Supply Chain planning system of record for collaborative inventory and replenishment planning

  • Derive, maintain, and leverage planning reference data including lead time, safety stock, and reorder points

  • Collaborate with product and regional managers and service owners to ensure supply positioning that supports new product/service introductions

  • Reduce infrastructure obsolescence cost

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience of Supply Chain and Planning (demand and supply)

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Lean methodologies

  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, drive processes and solve problems from an initially ambiguous state

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills necessary for various audiences including executive management

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel knowledge. Ability to learn proprietary software and databases

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Knowledge of technology infrastructure systems and solutions
