As a Tech for Social Good Program Manager in the Tech for Social Good team, you will help deliver programs that build tech capacity for social organizations and create educational opportunities for students. You will work with stakeholders across the firm to support our mission and foster a culture of skilled volunteerism. Your role will be pivotal in managing program operations, analyzing impact, and building relationships across our global technology centers. You will help showcase our impact and ensure programs run smoothly and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead program managers to deliver and manage TFSG programs that engage students in tech education opportunities
- Track, manage, and analyze data across programs
- Prepare and report on program results, outputs, outcomes, and impact to stakeholders
- Produce and deliver presentations and business cases to the TFSG team and key stakeholders
- Leverage data analysis and survey feedback to plan for program innovation or expansion
- Track progress, deliverables, status updates, and issues against program and project plans
- Act as a communications channel for ongoing project status updates and issues
- Follow risk, controls, governance, and data protocols for programs and escalate issues and risks
- Support the team in showcasing impact through storytelling, data, and partnership with communications/marketing
- Facilitate communications with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and build relationships with stakeholders across programs
- Travel domestically to support in-person program execution, including some weekends
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation and facilitation skills
- Stay highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strong attention to detail, follow-through, and results orientation
- Exhibit strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to synthesize data and communicate a compelling story
- Manage time effectively, prioritize, and escalate issues and risks appropriately
- Work autonomously and collaborate strongly within a team
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience working or volunteering with socially focused organizations (nonprofits, social enterprises, schools, etc.)
- Some experience with Salesforce or CRM tools
