Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

As a Specialty Operations Specialist in Trade & Working Capital Operations, you ensure accurate and timely execution of structured trade finance transactions in line with India corporate center guidelines, bank procedures, and trade finance policy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as changes occur.
  • Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Actively engage in new deals, attend project management calls, and support smooth migrations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations.
  • Process and turn around transactions within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Perform reconciliations and validate payment-related activities with a strong control mindset.
  • Escalate issues immediately and coordinate timely resolution with relevant partners.


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

 

  • Graduate with experience in Trade Finance Operations Structured Solutions
  • Thorough knowledge of Structured Solutions products, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of payments processing and handling SWIFT messages MT103 and MT202
  • Strong reconciliation capability with a control mindset for evidencing and checking payment-related activities


Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Experience supporting new deal onboarding and migration execution within operations
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement best practices
  • Strong multitasking skills with consistent delivery under SLA timelines
  • Positive, learning-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and ownership in issue management
