Full Job Description
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
As a Specialty Operations Specialist in Trade & Working Capital Operations, you ensure accurate and timely execution of structured trade finance transactions in line with India corporate center guidelines, bank procedures, and trade finance policy.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as changes occur.
- Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Actively engage in new deals, attend project management calls, and support smooth migrations.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations.
- Process and turn around transactions within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Perform reconciliations and validate payment-related activities with a strong control mindset.
- Escalate issues immediately and coordinate timely resolution with relevant partners.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Graduate with experience in Trade Finance Operations Structured Solutions
- Thorough knowledge of Structured Solutions products, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of payments processing and handling SWIFT messages MT103 and MT202
- Strong reconciliation capability with a control mindset for evidencing and checking payment-related activities

- Experience supporting new deal onboarding and migration execution within operations
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement best practices
