As a Software Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase within the Chief Technology Office team, you will design, develop, and deliver innovative software solutions. Job responsibilities

Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting for full stack applications using .NET and ReactJS

Write secure and high-quality code using .NET and ReactJS

Design, develop, code, and troubleshoot with consideration of integration between back-end (.NET) and front-end (ReactJS) components

Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve automation value

Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of basic complexity across both front-end and back-end

Gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from large, diverse data sets to support secure, stable application development

Learn and apply system processes, methodologies, and skills for the development of secure, stable code and systems

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience

Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for full stack solutions

Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with .NET (C#) and ReactJS

Demonstrable ability to code in C#, ReactJS, and SQL

Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance

Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Familiarity with modern front-end technologies, including ReactJS, Redux, and component-based architecture

Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS and cloud-native application development

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices

Understanding of secure coding practices and application security principles

Serve as an emerging member of an agile team to design and deliver market-leading technology products in a secure and scalable way
