As a Senior Product Strategy Associate within the Card Co-Brand team, you will contribute by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Help to develop and refine individual benefits, overall value propositions, marketing claims, and key reasons-to-believe (RTBs) for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall co-brand card product strategy.
  • Collaborate with Commerce partners in Dining, Travel, and Shopping to define and deliver exclusive offers and experiences for strategic project workstreams.
  • Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform the direction and prioritization of strategic projects.
  • Analyze P&L dynamics, customer feedback, and behavioral data to guide decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project updates, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of strategic project work.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in strategy or product development
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of customer insights, P&L dynamics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build executive-level presentations and present to executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience within the credit card or payments industry is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with analyzing P&L dynamics, customer feedback, and behavioral data to guide decision-making and optimize project outcomes.

 

Promote innovation in product development, user research, and analysis to shape and optimize our offerings.
