We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Campaign Product manager, Credit Cards

Areas and Accountabilities

  • Design & manage spend-based promotions.
  • Develop customer engagement, loyalty & retention programs.
  • Review and modify existing Credit card product features and benefits to maximize profitability and meet customer needs.
  • Responsible for analysis of the Credit card portfolio and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive profitable growth.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure effective communication of product to customers and to improve portfolio metrics.
  • Oversee all tasks associated with new program development working closely with key business partners (Marketing, Sales Ops, Phone Bank, Risk, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to introduce and sell the program on an ongoing basis.
  • Evaluate product performance and recommend changes in the product or marketing strategy to optimize program performance.
  • Work closely with Risk Administration, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, Ops to ensure effective implementation of account origination and portfolio strategies.
  • Accountable for risk management, compliance and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility.
  • Establish or work with management to develop effective controls and process to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis.
  • Maintain current knowledge of risk-related credit card changes that may impact assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Credit card product experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and make recommendations to remediate issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with SAS and analytical tool an advantage.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements as they pertain to aforementioned segment areas.
