Job responsibilities
- Update and maintain the Risk Watchlist for HR Vendor Management
- Triage items on the Risk Watchlist to ensure appropriate prioritization and action
- Manage active issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed
- Oversee the conversion of Action Plans (AP) to Supplier Control Exceptions (SCE)
- Oversee the conversion of Supplier Control Exceptions (SCE) to Action Plans (AP)
- Conduct research and follow up on risk review items to ensure closure and compliance
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in vendor risk management, business controls, vendor management, legal, sourcing, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering solutions
- Experience with data analysis tools and languages, such as Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with supply chain management
- Experience with information security and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools

- This role requires the ability to physically work in our Columbus offices 5 days a week
