 YOUR IMPACT
In HCM Vendor Management role, you will be responsible for managing high impact strategic vendor relationships right from sourcing engagement, contracting, onboarding, managing spend and will be accountable for ensuring all up-vendor governance. 

OUR IMPACT
We are a high impact team slated to cover the length and breadth of HCM vendor landscape. Over a period of last 12 months, Vendor Management team identified and highlighted vendor cost leakages and recovered vendor overcharges through robust validation controls. We track & govern 300+ vendor risks QoQ & manage strategic vendor relationships. 
 

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
•   Manage Vendor performance by monitoring key SLA’s and KPI’s 
•   Drive Vendor governance as part of Monthly Business Review/Quarterly Business Review
•   Support the HCM Vendor Risk Management and Governance program to monitor ongoing risks & help drive remediation of open risks
•   Drive governance on sourcing and vendor onboarding on tools/systems like KY3P, Ariba etc.
•   Drive vendor spend analysis & MIS reporting
•   Support contracts change management, renewals, and negotiations in collaboration with Sourcing & Legal
•   Leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills while interacting with other areas of the firm and professionals across the globe

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

•  Hands on 5-8 Yrs experience in Vendor Management & Governance . Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate and interact effectively with internal clients, global colleagues and senior management.
•   Analytical and data-driven, leveraging data available to drive process enhancements. 
•   Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, with exceptional time management.
•   Ability to present data, reporting & dashboards leveraging tools would be an added advantage.
