As a Report and Tooling Governance Senior Associate in our global team, you play a key role in supporting governance, reporting, and control validation for reports and citizen-developed tools. You will work with us to analyze large data sets, guide process improvements, and automate workflows. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across the organization, lead governance initiatives, and drive impactful change. Together, we create a more efficient and compliant reporting environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support governance processes for reports and citizen-developed tools, including Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Review and approve changes to report and tool attributes
  • Prepare and lead governance meetings, including agenda creation and minute distribution
  • Validate controls monthly and quarterly to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies
  • Assist with annual recertification of reports and citizen-developed tools
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency
  • Perform user acceptance testing for new or updated processes and applications
  • Lead special governance projects, assembling and managing working groups
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various levels and locations
  • Summarize and report findings to senior management clearly and confidently
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Show inquisitiveness and ability to influence initiatives collaboratively
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in business analysis
  • Exhibit experience in project management, business management, governance, control management, or data analysis
  • Work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Use Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel proficiently, including advanced formulas, pivots, graphs, and formatting
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets confidently
  • Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
  • Build partnerships and thrive in a matrix team environment
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Have experience leading governance projects from end to end
  • Show proficiency in process improvement and automation tools
  • Demonstrate experience with user acceptance testing
  • Possess knowledge of reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
  • Display experience in preparing and leading governance meetings
  • Exhibit curiosity and drive to challenge the status quo
  • Drive governance and reporting excellence for global reports and citizen-developed tools, enabling process improvement and automation.
