Job Responsibilities
Support governance processes for reports and citizen-developed tools, including Excel, Alteryx, and TableauReview and approve changes to report and tool attributesPrepare and lead governance meetings, including agenda creation and minute distributionValidate controls monthly and quarterly to ensure compliance with guidelines and policiesAssist with annual recertification of reports and citizen-developed toolsDrive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiencyPerform user acceptance testing for new or updated processes and applicationsLead special governance projects, assembling and managing working groupsConduct ad-hoc analysis and research to support decision-makingCollaborate with colleagues across various levels and locationsSummarize and report findings to senior management clearly and confidentlyRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
