We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Risk Governance Manager, Client Connectivity. The base location for this role is London.
The Risk Governance & Product Oversight Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Global Payments Solutions Risk Oversight Meeting (ROM), ensuring robust risk management, and maintaining governance standards across Client Connectivity products. This role is central to driving risk-related initiatives, regulatory compliance, and effective product governance within the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) Client Connectivity business working closely with the GPS Chief Controls Office.
In this role you will:
- Collate and prepare risk submissions for the GPS Risk Oversight Meeting (ROM), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Execute the Client Connectivity Review Forum, ensuring submissions from product owners are mapped into the correct templates.
- Ensure all risk ratings are accurate and periodic reviews are completed on schedule.
- Review internal events and MSIIs (Material Significant Internal Incidents) for trigger event read-across, ensuring lessons learned are shared and acted upon.
- Support risk governance activities, including those related to change risk governance.
- Oversee regulatory and mandatory projects, working with regional teams tao ensure delivery on cost, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with FSA standards.
- Support the production and analysis of ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) scorecard metrics to inform decision-making.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience in risk management, product governance, or regulatory compliance within financial services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with governance tools and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FSA requirements)
