As an AI Enablement Associate within Risk Management and Compliance, you will help oversee governance and adoption of artificial intelligence tools across Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C). In this role, you will support the operational rollout of AI training and resources for employees and deliver insights on business impact. You will work closely with business, technology, and data teams to facilitate AI solutions that deliver measurable value and align with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Track benefits, monitor AI initiative impact, and report progress with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain digital resources, training materials, and best practices related to AI tools.
- Analyze user metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance enablement activities.
- Contribute to high-quality presentations and reports on AI strategy for executive stakeholders, addressing both routine and ad hoc needs.
- Support governance and oversight of the RM&C AI portfolio to align initiatives with business goals.
- Design workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to promote AI adoption and innovation.
- Partner with data science, technology, and business teams to identify, scope, and advance AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in analytics and AI.
- Skilled in generative AI tools and applications within business environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in program/project management or business operations with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in financial services or risk management and compliance.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and/or prior experience in AI/ML technology delivery is a plus.
