We’re looking for a Risk Manager with an interest in AI to support independent oversight of AI models, including machine learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI, across Insurance Pensions & Investment. You’ll assess lifecycle risks, support development of safe AI, and contribute to processes that test whether systems remain trustworthy and reliable.

• Deliver independent validation and testing for AI models.
• Assess risks including bias, robustness and hallucination.
• Support the AI Assurance Framework and governance forums.
• Work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
• Actively contribute to the upskilling and professional development of team members.
