- Lead financial and analytical optimization of marketing programs throughout the lifecycle: opportunity sizing, targeting, test design, execution support, performance reporting, and insights.Own stakeholder relationship management and delivery for assigned marketing partners (book of work): intake, prioritization, scoping, timelines, and outputs; align work to business goals and campaign calendars.Drive experimentation strategy and measurement rigor, including hypothesis framing, test/control design, success metrics, and post-test readouts; support list execution requirements and measurement feasibility.Develop analytic assets and frameworks to evaluate campaign incrementality, profitability, and ROI (e.g., forecast/proforma vs. actuals, attribution/measurement approaches where relevant).Leverage and help evolve the analytics toolset, including Snowflake and emerging AI-enabled analytical applications, to improve speed, scale, and consistency of insights.Collaborate across functions (modeling, finance, marketing channels, and execution/delivery teams) to ensure solutions are implementable, controlled, and aligned to standards.Advocate for and define data requirements needed to monitor performance, targeting, and execution; partner with data teams to address data gaps, quality, and lineage considerations.Maintain and enhance processes and controls supporting measurement quality, repeatability, and auditability of results.Coach and develop junior team members, setting standards for analytical methods, documentation, and stakeholder-ready storytelling.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills -
- Proven hands-on experience delivering financial analytics and performance insights across levels of management, including campaign test designs, estimation proformas, and actual performance measurement.6+ years of related Marketing Data & Analytics experience.Masters degree in a related field, or Bachelors degree + 5+ years experience in a related discipline.Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex quantitative topics (e.g., statistics, algorithms, data structures) clearly and influence decision-making across business and technical partners.Demonstrated experience with business marketing strategy and tactical lifecycle execution.Proficiency in data analysis languages/tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, R (or comparable).Experience with relational databases and big data platforms, including Snowflake.Strong analytical reasoning, interpretive ability, and structured problem solving.Technical understanding of data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL/ELT) concepts and how data flows impact analytics outcomes.Experience with dynamic, interactive self-serve BI tools (dashboarding and automated reporting).Strong written and oral communication skills, including creating executive-ready narratives and presenting complex findings simply.
