- Develop analytic assets and frameworks to evaluate campaign incrementality, profitability, and ROI (e.g., forecast/proforma vs. actuals, attribution/measurement approaches where relevant).Leverage and help evolve the analytics toolset, including Snowflake and emerging AI-enabled analytical applications, to improve speed, scale, and consistency of insights.Collaborate across functions (modeling, finance, marketing channels, and execution/delivery teams) to ensure solutions are implementable, controlled, and aligned to standards.Advocate for and define data requirements needed to monitor performance, targeting, and execution; partner with data teams to address data gaps, quality, and lineage considerations.Maintain and enhance processes and controls supporting measurement quality, repeatability, and auditability of results.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills -
- 2+ years of related Marketing Data & Analytics experience.Masters degree in a related field, or Bachelors degree + 5+ years experience in a related discipline.Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex quantitative topics (e.g., statistics, algorithms, data structures) clearly and influence decision-making across business and technical partners.Demonstrated experience with business marketing strategy and tactical lifecycle execution.Proficiency in data analysis languages/tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, R (or comparable).Experience with relational databases and big data platforms, including Snowflake.Strong analytical reasoning, interpretive ability, and structured problem solving.
