Job Summary:
As an Applied AI Developer within our innovative team, you will design, develop, and deploy generative and agentic AI systems using Amazon Bedrock and the AWS ecosystem. This hands-on role involves orchestrating multi-step, autonomous AI agents to deliver business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Architect and develop end-to-end generative and agentic AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and various LLMs.

Implement multi-step autonomous agents capable of reasoning, task decomposition, and tool use.

Take ownership of AI projects from proof-of-concept through production deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

Conduct prompt engineering, iterative model refinement, and integrate techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance LLM accuracy.

Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to define AI-driven workflows.

Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices using AWS services like Guardrails for Amazon Bedrock.

Stay up-to-date with emerging research and technologies in generative AI and agentic systems.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying generative AI solutions in an enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.

Expertise in Python.

Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or Amazon Bedrock Agents.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
