The Global Fixed Income, Credit, SPG, Commodities, Rates, Emerging Markets and Fixed Income Financing (FICC) Transformation team is a dynamic, data-driven, global and diverse organization with presence across North America, Latam, UK, India and SE Asia. It covers programs and projects for all post-execution, including product-aligned Middle Offices and across the full lifecycle of a trade.

The team is responsible for:

  • Regulatory change
  • Target Operating Model / optimization
  • Strategic programs
  • Driving digital tools delivery
  • New business and business expansion delivery
  • Continuous business improvement
  • Middleware / vendor strategy
