Exciting opportunity for an The Program Manager Business Banking Transformation is responsible for the endtoend delivery of the Business Banking Transformation, translating strategic objectives into clearly defined scope, robust investment decisions, and sustainable outcomes.


Reporting to the Tribe Lead Business Banking Delivery the role provides single
point accountability for transformation scope, portfoliolevel financial governance, and coordinated delivery across business, technology, and vendor partners. This is a senior, programlevel leadership role focused on oversight and orchestration rather than handson execution.

What youll do

  • Own the transformation strategy and scope by defining and maintaining the endtoend roadmap and target state aligned to INGs Business Banking strategy.

  • Manage portfolio investment and financial governance by leading budgeting, forecasting, cost control, funding decisions, and benefits realisation.

  • Provide senior delivery leadership and orchestration across multiple squads, delivery streams, and vendors, ensuring outcomes remain prioritised and achievable.

  • Establish strong governance and risk management by overseeing dependencies, RAID, escalation forums, and decisionmaking cadence at program level.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and executive reporting by partnering with Tribe Leads and senior stakeholders and presenting clear, factbased updates to SteerCo and executive forums.

  • Embed disciplined ways of working and continuous improvement by reinforcing Agile/hybrid practices, strengthening governance capability, and rolemodelling accountability and outcome focus.

  • 710+ years leading complex, largescale transformation programs within banking or financial services environments.

  • Proven experience managing multiyear change programs with significant budgets, benefits realisation, and investment oversight.

  • Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models, with the ability to operate effectively in enterprisescale environments.

  • Executive & TribeLevel Stakeholder Influence.

  • Demonstrated capability to engage, challenge, and influence Tribe Leads and senior executives on strategy, investment, and delivery decisions.

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and confidence partnering with Finance on funding and tradeoff decisions.
