Location: Ciudad Autnoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina

In this role, you will face a range of challenges, including:

  • Out-of-the-box thinking to resolve daily queries from multiple stakeholders across the business, including clients.
  • Performing daily analytical activities, applying your knowledge, skills, and independent judgment to identify root causes and drive resolution.
  • Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and finding practical ways to collaborate effectively.
  • Managing a small team, supporting performance, prioritization, and day-to-day delivery.
  • Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and processing income-related transactions across multiple proprietary and vendor platforms.
  • Facilitating accurate and timely income processing for all in-scope products across markets.
  • Owning and resolving booking issues impacting clients, demonstrating strong accountability and client-oriented focus.
  • Creating strong working relationships with the teams you interact with and partnering day-to-day to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Speaking up with ideas to address process and technology gaps and driving initiatives through to completion.
  • Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are consistently met, including coverage planning and adherence to controls.
  • Escalating issues promptly, with clear communication and appropriate prioritization.
  • Supporting and managing team members by allocating work, coaching on problem-solving and controls, providing feedback, and helping build a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
  • As an Associate in Markets Asset Services, you will support day-to-day execution and continuous improvement for Income Processing. You will help ensure accurate and timely income event capture, validation, and posting, support risk and control activities (including reconciliations and issue remediation), and contribute to client service by partnering with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve breaks and implement process enhancements that support business objectives.
