In this pivotal role, you will architect and execute transformative marketing strategies that resonate with future homebuyers. You will leverage advanced data analytics, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to deeply understand the unique needs, behaviors, and aspirations of these customers. Your work will empower them with the knowledge, confidence, and resources to navigate the homebuying journey—from initial research, affordability, and saving, to finding a home and making it a reality.

As a Marketing Strategy Lead within Home Lending, you will harness the power of social media and digital platforms to reach and engage the starter and next-gen audience where they live, learn, and connect. You’ll aid in the development of compelling, educational content and value propositions for social channels, as well as emerging platforms, ensuring our messaging is authentic, accessible, and actionable. You’ll identify and collaborate with influential voices—content creators, financial educators, and lifestyle influencers—who inspire trust and drive engagement for this segment.

Job Responsibilities:
