Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

- Establish and maintain the exposure inventory by setting documentation standards, running quality checks, and ensuring completeness and consistency of current-state assessments across products.
- Lead risk identification and impact assessment by partnering with Product Managers and functional partners to determine exposure types, drivers, control gaps, and severity; translate findings into clear risks/issues and action plans.
- Manage remediation programs end-to-end from scoping through execution and closure: establish governance, define milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery and evidence-based closure across stakeholders.
- Define exposure monitoring and reporting: partner to determine key measures/KPIs/KRIs, improve reporting processes, and deliver consistent monthly/quarterly materials that enable oversight and escalation.
- Drive governance and controls embedding: support the design/administration of the framework (including annual attestations), and ensure exposure management outcomes are adopted by business owners and maintained over time.
- Partner across the product lifecycle to ensure upstream/downstream implications are considered when implementing changes that affect exposure creation, monitoring, and resolution; write clear requirements and translate business needs to delivery teams where applicable.
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, liquidity or a relevant domain area
- Valid experience or equivalent expertise in product management, program delivery, risk/controls, or a related domain area in a complex organization
- Proficient knowledge of lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition; ability to translate outcomes into executable plans and requirements
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven stakeholder management and executive-ready communication skills across cross-functional partners
- Strong risk and controls mindset; ability to set standards that enable effective oversight, monitoring, and escalation
- Deep-dive leadership: designs and runs structured deep dives, challenges assumptions, validates evidence, and produces clear, decision-ready outputs
- End-to-end remediation program management: defines the work, aligns stakeholders, manages delivery and risk, and ensures sustainable closure with appropriate documentation and governance
- Strong knowledge of Payments and liquidity products and associated risk/exposure drivers
- Strong data analytics capability (including manipulating large datasets using BI tools)
