As an Insurance Service Specialist IV within our lending services team, you will ensure appropriate insurance coverage for assets and collateral. Your role involves reviewing servicing activities, identifying trends, and solving complex issues. You will coach junior roles and work closely with stakeholders, using your emotional intelligence and conflict management skills to facilitate discussions and drive positive outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Review and assess insurance coverage for assets and collateral, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with the vendor/servicing team during policy changes, utilizing conflict management skills to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Identify and analyze trends and root causes of errors in servicing activities, applying critical thinking to enhance quality control.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external clients, leveraging emotional intelligence to build trusting relationships and establish credibility.
- Manage and organize workload to meet daily deadlines, utilizing time management skills to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Coach and mentor junior roles, sharing expertise in work processes and procedures to enhance their professional growth.
