This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team working across marketing, sales, and the business to develop the reputation of our firm for our biggest clients. You will play a critical role in delivering and shaping our connections with clients and partners. You will have three core areas of responsibility: digital, content, and data/reporting –

and also some strategic team tasks.  

 

Job summary 

Your role gives you responsibility for owning our direct institutional communications with clients through our digital channels, connecting our world leading content with leading investment decision makers across EMEA. You will work closely with our sales stakeholders, our audience research, our business intelligence capabilities and our marketing colleagues to optimise the impact of our content for our key institutional audiences. You will also support our teams across EMEA to better reach our clients.  

Job responsibilities 

  • Responsible for

    Insti email comms, primarily owning the composition and sending of our main weekly client newsletter and our weekly internal institutional marketing update.

  • Owning and supporting the updating of the Institutional websites for EMEA, collaborating with other teams to drive collaboration and deliver a connected logged in experience for the website. 

  • To support the above, review our Asset Management content output and be part of the EMEA Asset Management Editorial Committee, Alternatives Editorial Committee, plus further working groups for strategic projects, owning and support (where appropriate) the development/approvals of

    Insti specific content/content projects and campaigns. 

  • Review content that is available from US (usually via NAI) and APAC, from JPMC, or through our website. 

  • You will work with the Business Intelligence team (and other internal teams like Market Insights) to understand the different types of data we’re receiving from audience engagement with our content, and work on regular reporting for our digital estate and content/emails, developing it in a format that we can use with internal stakeholders (for example, CAs and for marketing management meetings). 

  • You will support the running and liaising with EMEA teams: setting the monthly meetings and developing the summary for the monthly meetings with each country. 

  • In addition to the above, you will also support with

    a number of Institutional team related tasks, for example third party client content portal updates, co-ordinating Award Entries.  

  • You will be expected to contribute to the Institutional team’s EMEA strategy. 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills. 

  • Proven ability and ambition to engage meaningfully and critically with investment content. 

  • Experience in managing digital channels, in particular website and email channels, with proven aptitude for deriving insight from data. 

  • Ability to present to and engage with business stakeholders and marketing colleagues. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively and intelligently across marketing teams (like creative, digital, and content) to deliver projects. 

  • Preference for candidates with Asset Management or institutional audience experience, or the proven ability to learn quickly. 

  • Preference for strong academic record.
