The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least 2 years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide.

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 20, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

Join our HR Business Advisory team, where you will contribute to executing strategic HR priorities and support senior HRBAs and senior managers by helping them engage with HR specialists to resolve HR matters.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to people-related initiatives and offer guidance on workforce matters
  • Advise leadership on organizational structure and change management
  • Collaborate with leaders on performance management, talent development, and succession planning
  • Support employee feedback and engagement activities, including survey follow-ups.
  • Assist with development and coaching for managers and future leaders
  • Provide support for HR risk management and ensure compliance with key processes
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and inform talent strategies
  • Participate in projects that align with HR priorities
  • Utilize HR tools and resources to improve business outcomes and develop tailored solutions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Ability to interact with business leaders and influence employee-related decision-making
  • Project management abilities, including execution skills and end-to-end process improvement
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends, develop solutions, and address root causes
  • Relationship management skills 
  • Communication skills; written and verbal, able to present and articulate ideas to the business and HR colleagues
  • Ability to drive, implement and influence change across multiple stakeholders and within the HR Advisory team
  • Proficient and comfortable using technology, including the MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Human Resources Business Advisor experience
