- Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes for employees in JapanPrepare and process employment documentation, including onboarding and exit paperworkRespond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems in a timely and professional mannerProvide administrative support for HR projects, including process improvements and system implementationsGather, analyze, and report HR data for ongoing projects and initiativesCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document project actions and outcomesSupport communication and change management activities related to HR projectsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, tax laws, and Japanese labor lawsProvide support for internal and external audits, meeting internal risk and control requirementsCollaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless HR servicesPerform other HR administrative tasks as requiredRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2 years of experience in HR administration or operationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Good verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to organize and prioritize workload, manage multiple priorities in parallel, and meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretionPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
