FRRA owns end-to-end U.S. regulatory reporting and capital stress testing frameworks, covering design, implementation, execution oversight, analysis, and control and governance. The group determines investments in people, processes, and technology to enhance the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of regulatory reporting and stress testing filings. FRRA also leads the implementation of new regulatory requirements and guidelines as they are issued. A core objective is to provide leadership on all aspects of U.S. regulatory reporting and firmwide capital stress testing, spanning both internal and regulatory requirements.

- Address internal and external regulatory inquiries.
- Monitor industry, accounting changes, and regulator changes (e.g. Basel end-game) to maintain accurate filings and assess reporting impacts.
- Lead process improvements and manage quarterly and CCAR postmortem actions.
- Execute internal controls for quarterend close and CCAR/Risk Appetite reporting.
- Run crossreport error reviews and revision decision forums to determine regulatory reporting impacts; communicate instruction changes promptly to stakeholders.
- Partner with LOBs, Capital Management/Policy/Controllers to ensure compliance, and lead the Basel III Endgame external reporting workstream across stakeholders postannouncement.
