Job Summary

As a Product Owner Executive Director within the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis team, you will play a pivotal role in executing the department’s multi-year transformation agenda, with a strong focus on modernizing and improving core capabilities.

The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team, part of Firmwide Controllers, is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing end-to-end processes supporting Regulatory Reporting—including Consolidated, Capital, Standalone, and CCAR/DFAST reporting. • Execute the vision and roadmap for next-generation regulatory reporting platform by partnering with stakeholders and technology teams to translate user needs into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design, build, and implementation of projects, while continuously streamlining data sourcing, transformation logic, and reporting processes.
  • Take a hands-on approach to understanding asset and liability data products as it moves from the system of records to the centralized data warehouse, delving into details, asking critical questions, and ensuring solutions are built with clear purpose, accuracy, and alignment to business and regulatory needs.
  • Ensure ongoing BAU maintenance and timely updates to reporting platforms in response to changing regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a small team, providing day-to-day guidance and supporting professional development.
  • Present project updates, technical findings, and solution recommendations to executive audiences, clearly communicating risks, milestones, and impacts.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 10+ years of experience in major financial institutions, with deep expertise in regulatory reporting, technology transformation, and organizational change.

  • Extensive project management experience, with a focus on structured planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and successful execution of complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills, with a talent for distilling complex regulatory and technical concepts for diverse audiences; consulting experience highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of data transformation, data architecture, data lineage, and data governance, complemented by hands-on coding skills and proficiency with AWS, AI/ML, automation, and other emerging technologies.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
