As an Executive Assistant in the Commercial and Investment Bank, you will partner with a global leader, managing a demanding and dynamic calendar and international travel. You will be leading the office and schedule, tapping your thought leadership to managing priorities and ensuring efficient use of executives time.  You will also be working closely with key stakeholders to plan and lead large events, Town Halls, maintain critical follow-ups and will draft simple communications. 

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage and screen all incoming interactions on behalf of the executive, acting as the primary liaison between leadership, staff, clients and external stakeholders. 
  • Manage complex calendar for Senior Executive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.  
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to manage priorities and maintain key documents such as organizational charts. Track business priorities, take succinct minutes and replay key takeaway and themes from senior meetings. 
  • Coordinate and organize senior meetings, draft communications and presentations including agenda setting, material preparation and distribution, coordination of guest speakers, and logistics. Use tools such as LLM and Teams to maximize collaboration and efficiency. 
  • Arrange and maintain complex travel plans and itineraries for both international and domestic travel 
  • Provide general office support to include phone coverage, printing, backup coverage, floor support, etc.  

 

 Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:  

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executive level leadership
  • Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with all levels in the organization 
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills 
  • Exceptional international travel planning skills and knowledge 
  • Strong personal leadership, ability to work independently and effectively in a demanding, changing environment 
  • Strong depth of JP Morgan institutional knowledge  
  • Fluency in planning complex market visits  
  • Fluency in technology and tools such as LLM to create efficiency and in all Microsoft products such as Excel, PPT and Teems 
  • Background in supporting revenue producers in a financial services environment 
  • Willing to work outside business hours as business needs require 

 

FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT: 

This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorgan Chase's review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.
