As an EMEA Structured Origination – Transaction Coordination Group Manager in Wholesale Lending Operations, you will provide strategic direction and empower your team to manage the full lifecycle of complex syndicated and bilateral loans. You will collaborate with senior leaders, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless execution for high-profile transactions. Your leadership will be key to delivering best-in-class service and supporting the firm’s strategic objectives.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Set the strategic vision for operational excellence in syndicated-loan closings in partnership with the Head of EMEA Structured Origination.
  • Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, risk management, and control standards.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and control metrics for operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure robust governance and control frameworks through regular reviews and audits.
  • Assume accountability for delivering measurable business results, including financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination of pre-closing requirements with senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Represent the function in executive working groups focused on performance, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the team, empowering managers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Guide and support remote and cross-regional teams, evaluating opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Partner with technology and transformation leaders to reimagine workflows, tools, and reporting mechanisms for enhanced efficiency.
