Turn data into solutions that make day-to-day operations run better. In Data Solutions Operations, you will build reporting, dashboards, and automation that help teams self-serve insights and spot process friction early. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the region and develop hands-on skills with business intelligence, automation, and machine learning tools. This role is designed for an Analyst who is eager to learn quickly, deliver reliably, and improve how work gets done through data.

As an Automation Analyst in the Data Solutions Operations team, you will support intelligence automation and business analysis by gathering requirements from operational teams and translating them into practical solutions. You will help build a data ecosystem and deliver analytical outputs aligned with reporting needs, process improvements, and operational efficiency goals. You will contribute to dashboards, data pipelines, and data quality initiatives, working closely with regional partners. You will also support continuous improvement by using insights to highlight themes, root causes, and opportunities for better controls and outcomes.

Job responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain dashboards/visualizations for Instrument Reference Data teams and clients to enable self-service insights with strong user experience.
  • Write SQL to source and validate data for reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and support extract, load, and transform pipelines using Alteryx, UiPath, and Python.
  • Keep automations controlled and reliable by maintaining documentation and monitoring scheduled runs.
  • Support development and maintenance of machine learning models aligned to defined business outcomes.
  • Support business intelligence delivery by gathering requirements, preparing analysis, and assisting with implementation.
  • Clean, combine, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting and investigations.
  • Partner with regional teams to investigate data quality issues, identify trends, and support remediation actions.
     

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Science, Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a data modeling, transformation, and visualization-related role.
  • Hands-on experience developing end-to-end business intelligence solutions using Python, Alteryx, or UiPath.
  • Strong knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Databricks, application programming interface usage, Jira, or Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide discussions and capture required details.
  • Inquisitive, analytical, and proactive mindset, demonstrating self-initiative to identify opportunities and drive process improvements with appropriate risk awareness.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with the ability to work across teams.
  • Continuous learning with a growth mindset.

  • Knowledge of financial instruments and relevant financial market activities
  • Knowledge big data disciplines and Agile methodologies
