Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. As a Data Product Management Associate in the Legal Chief Data Office, you will support the development, management, and continuous improvement of Legal data products. You’ll work closely with business units across Legal, Legal Solutions, Legal Technology, and the Firmwide Chief Data and Analytics Office to help deliver data products that drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support business users in defining data-related problems and articulate success.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting data product requirements for analytics and business intelligence (BI) use cases.
  • Collaborate with data producers and consumers to define new data product content.
  • Contribute to standardizing legacy data consumption patterns using reusable data products.
  • Determine target consumption patterns for data products.
  • Validate data product requirements with business stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of curated data collections.
  • Ensure data products meet firmwide standards and are discoverable.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum one year of experience in financial services, data analysis, or related business domains.
  • Basic understanding of data product principles and data management best practices
  • Experience working with data assets, pipelines, or analytics tools 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (STEM).
  • Ability to work across disciplines and manage stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
