Job Summary
As an Analytics Solutions Associate in Consumer & Community Banking Privacy Governance, you will support the Privacy Governance framework by creating and updating team resources, meeting materials, and key metrics. You will gather, review, and prepare updates tied to privacy KPIs and KRIs, manage online tracking intake forms, and support privacy regulatory analysis. Working closely with stakeholders across the firm, you will provide guidance, ensure compliance, and help drive effective privacy risk management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and update team resources, meeting materials, and key metrics to support the Privacy Governance framework
  • Gather, review, and prepare updates for privacy KPIs, KRIs, and related metrics for monthly meetings
  • Manage, triage, and track online tracking intake forms for adtech, non-adtech, and other tracking elements
  • Analyze privacy regulations and communicate updates to firmwide privacy policies and standards
  • Review online tracking elements for classification and disposition
  • Review vendor contracts and agreements for data privacy risks in online tracking
  • Provide guidance and consultation to lines of business on privacy regulations
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with key contacts across the firm
  • Interact with stakeholders such as Global Data Risk Management, Privacy Legal, Privacy Compliance, and LOB/SubLOB Privacy Champions
  • Ensure timely escalation of key risks and issues to management and stakeholders
  • Present privacy metrics, key issues, and significant legal developments to management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum of Four years’ experience in the financial industry
  • Precision in analyzing data and ensuring accuracy in reports and documentation
  • Ability to collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Strong working knowledge of productivity tools such as Teams and SharePoint
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty and driving clarity and consensus
  • Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to managers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and all levels of management to gather requirements and deliver insights
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Visio or process flow documentation

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Business acumen and understanding of the financial services industry
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
  • Understanding of legal regulation change management (LRCM)
  • Experience implementing privacy controls
  • Familiarity with online tracking domains, consent management tools (e.g., OneTrust), adtech, cookies, and JavaScript
  • College degree preferred
