Join our Marketing Growth and Innovation team as a Campaign Management Associate, where you'll drive the execution of credit card marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery and enhancing customer experience.

 As a Campaign Management Associate within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, you will be responsible for the execution and creative management of credit card marketing campaigns. You will support multiple marketing channels, including email, direct mail, and owned media, ensuring seamless execution and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and gain approvals for credit card marketing campaigns based on strategic direction on product, positioning, offers and placement. 
  • Focus on seamless and flawless execution with an eye on the customer experience, controls, speed to market and end to end process improvement. 
  • Utilize project management skills to manage a diverse and dispersed set of stakeholders. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve process, develop efficiencies, and deliver results. 
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and promote a strong control environment.

 

Ideal candidates would be able to do the following:

  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership potential
  • Positive attitude, ability to be flexible with a good sense of humor
  • Curious mindset that challenges the status quo, embraces technology, and seems continuous improvement in workflow and process.
  • Demonstrate they are customer-obsessed by understanding the customer experience

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • 3 or more years of campaign or project management in marketing, advertising, media, agency, or creative strategy
